Finally sign up to #uberone @UberEats and half the food missing after waiting ages. Called the shop who told me the driver must of taken it which I doubt! Uber given a simple refund but that not much compensation, giving you money back for something you never got…

@JohnLewisRetail Can you contact DPD as I doubt I will get anywhere. Been waiting in all morning for over £1200 of order. Tracking the driver and waited downstairs. No attempt made and listed “could not find your address” - terrible service
