The All Manipur Private Ambulance Owners Association has alleged that security personnel assaulted ambulance staff while they were transporting a ventilator patient in Manipur. According to Romen Yendrembam, security personnel stopped two ambulances midway, slapped male nurses and support staff, and allegedly struck one of them with a stick.
