Got back from dinner to find a lady spit on my Cybertruck. I called the cops, they went into the steakhouse and escorted her out, charged her with "interference of property" and she will now have a misdemeanor on her record. She was sobbing while the cops escorted her out.

Cities should be allowed to build housing for adults like this. We do it for hostels, and it can serve as "housing of last resort." Very cheap rent, by the bed. There'd have to be strictly enforced rules if paired with strangers, but it's not impossible.

I refuse to use "market rate" and "affordable" to describe housing anymore. They are basically just propaganda, and the public does not understand what they mean. We should instead say "normal" housing and "wait listed" housing, to accurately reflect what they are.
