Contrasting their situations with Higgins never having proven rape allegations in a criminal court yet receiving millions of taxpayer dollars - within days - actually raises some incredibly serious concerns Now we learn that Reynolds wasn’t given the opportunity to even participate in the compensation payment negotiation. Why? Because this was conducted behind closed doors and in secrecy by this government Unless every veteran with a serious compensation claim, and every ADF family who has lost a love one is paid $2.4m - within days - for their suffering by Labor, just as Higgins was, this is going to be a festering wound in this country that will never ever heal
