the end of an era – tomorrow is @noahsark’s last day @amazon. we started @amazon 8 years ago together & were inseparable colleagues. but more importantly, he became one of my best friends. i learned more from him than i can say, we traveled together, we grieved hard times together, & we were blessed to start families at the same time. it’s rare to find your people. it’s even more rare to find your people AND do life together. i feel so fortunate that noah & i are doing life together. but none of that is the point of this post. noah found his calling coaching startup founders. he built a wildly-successful side business around it – he’s the trusted coach to some of the world’s great startup founders (really) & hosts incredible founder adventure trips (last one was a snowcat skiing adventure). this post is actually to tell you to that he’s going all in & opening up his client roster. i give it < 30 days until he’s booked up for the year. who’s noah? he was the founder/CEO @stitcher (recently acq by @SIRIUSXM for $325MM), on the @stubhub founding team, ran @awscloud’s early stage startup team, & is an angel investor in 20+ startups. he knows the high highs & low lows. behind his back, we all call him “the wise one” (to his face, we still call him an old dumbass). if you’re a startup founder thinking about leveling up in 2025, i suggest running (not walking) to call @noahsark. i cannot recommend anyone more highly. (noah doesn’t know i’m posting this. he’s going to be embarrassed, but that’s ok. love you buddy 😘)
