@British_Airways I haven’t even raised the issue on the hotel you put my family in, 1 a 3yr old, on the forced layover. The hotel stank of drugs and smoke, this can be seen on trip advisor comments before we even traveled. One bed for all of us, damp and wallpaper falling off.

@britishairways 3 months to respond to our complaint, you close it only answering 1 of 4 elements. Useless! Wherever their is another option in the future I will take it!

@suewoodison @British_Airways With regards to speaking to someone it is impossible, been trying your call centre to speak to someone since Thursday night, called multiple times every day at different times and just get cut off. Thurs - 13 attempts, Fri - 20+, Sat 10 attempts, Sunday 4, 1 yesterday, 1 today.

@British_Airways David, can I please ask you to follow the thread on @javascriptengi1 my husband has been tweeting about this for days now. The complaint link is a nightmare. We don’t recall all the flight numbers. We will do that when we’re home.

Hi @British_Airways where is the best place to make a complaint about a missed connecting flight due to a BA issue? Also the accommodation @British_Airways put us in overnight was abysmal. A very serious complaint has to be made about this too.

@British_Airways appreciate there was disruption yesterday but the level of service we have received has been appalling. All flights started taking off but aware our plane was ready, get to Philadelphia and have been given the grimmest hotel, flight not out to 5pm tonight!

@British_Airways by the time we get to the resort we will have been delayed 24hrs. Trying to call you call centre you either get cut off or you have closed the lines because you are busy. No information, no support and then this hotel is a shambles. Ruined our holiday.
