Hi @British_Airways where is the best place to make a complaint about a missed connecting flight due to a BA issue? Also the accommodation @British_Airways put us in overnight was abysmal. A very serious complaint has to be made about this too.

@British_Airways David, can I please ask you to follow the thread on @javascriptengi1 my husband has been tweeting about this for days now. The complaint link is a nightmare. We don’t recall all the flight numbers. We will do that when we’re home.
@British_Airways That link is a nightmare to follow. Just like the rest of our holiday due to stress and anxiety that has been placed on us. I expect you to arrange a phone call, as I should not have to waste any more time on hold to BA than I already have. Looking forward to the call- thank you
@British_Airways We couldn’t get put on a connecting flight until 5pm the next day. We checked out as early as we could and spent the day at the airport. I’m not one to complain , but this place was like nowhere I’ve ever been. And all of trip advisor agree. Why are BA sending people there still?
@British_Airways And had no bed for my daughter. The reviews on this hotel are appealing. Yet BA still send ppl here. How dare BA make my 3 year old daughter sleep in that hell hole!

@British_Airways Hi David, thanks for reaching out. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for someone to call me with urgency. In addition I will be making a formal complaint. My main issue is the hotel that we were put up in. It was absolutely disgusting. It stank of weed and smoke.
We want to change a flight. We booked through Expedia but as our outward flight was delayed because of BA issue and thus changed @Expedia say you now control our booking.
