@USEEOC Hiring preference based on race or... How can you tell if this is happening at the application level? Meaning, if others are being selected, and the company is declining your application due to race issues, the company isn't sharing that information. How can you tell?

There is no “DEI Exemption” to longstanding federal anti-discrimination law. Employment decisions based on race or sex can violate Title VII, regardless of intent. This includes: hiring, firing, and promotions as well as access to training, fellowships, mentorships, workplace events or other benefits.

I am devastated to learn that my fellow Atmospheric Science classmate, Juniper Blessing, was killed this past weekend at UW. In the one class I had with Juniper, I knew her to be very kind and dedicated. May she rest in peace and never be forgotten. 🙏💔 king5.com/article/news/l…

Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham
Tonight, New Mexico grieves the loss of Juniper Blessing, a 19-year-old artist and New Mexico School of the Arts graduate who had a full, brilliant life ahead. Juniper’s life was taken in the most senseless and violent of circumstances. My heart goes out to her family, friends, and the entire NMSA community. I refuse to accept a world where our young people are taken in this way. New Mexico stands with Juniper’s family and community. We will stand with them until justice is served. tinyurl.com/2xkaxe9k

The trans student murdered on The University of Washington campus has been identified as Juniper Blessing (she/they). She was brutally stabbed more than 40 times. Her family said “Juniper’s loss not only devastates us, but diminishes the world” Article linked in reply.

The death of Juniper Blessing is such a horrible event, and her parents have the AUDACITY to reveal her deadname to the world. I do not believe in hell, but those that mock an innocent womans death will not know peace in the afterlife.

You missed the fact that school officials deceived this young girl and her parents, promising them that boys and girls would sleep on separate floors. It wasn’t until this 11-year-old girl was on the trip—far from home—that she discovered her expected bedmate was a boy. She was then forced to stand up against school authorities and defend her own privacy in the moment, late at night. They initially treated her as if her concerns were not legitimate, moving her to a different bed in the room. This backfired when the other roommates wanted the boy to move beds too. So this little girl had to muster the courage to voice her concerns a second time. The school finally relented and moved her to another room, but told her to lie about the reason why. Any reasonable person can see how outrageous this is. No child should have to defend her own privacy against a school policy that puts her in jeopardy. And no school district should make it a policy to deceive parents. Furthermore: not all kids have the ability or opportunity to stand up for themselves. Another family in our lawsuit has a son whose sleeping arrangements and showers were supervised by a female (identifying as non-binary) at a week-long school camp. Several of the boys were so uncomfortable that they skipped showers and changed their clothes inside their sleeping bags. This is inexcusable. It is adults’ responsibility to stand up for children—not children’s responsibility to stand up for themselves. This could easily be avoided with a commonsense policy that allows parents to stay informed and opt their children out of mixed-sex sleeping arrangements ahead of time—protecting the privacy of ALL children involved. But despite our requests, the school district repeatedly refused to do this. So yes, we sued. In fact, let me put every district in America on notice right now: if you treat students and parents this way, prepare for a lawsuit.
Matty@stealth_riot

Girl was uncomfortable sharing a room w a trans girl, the school says okay and moves her to another room away from the trans kid respecting her wishes and boundaries. Parents sue anyways?? Tf do these people want? “Kids deserve privacy” SHE GOT THE PRIVACY SHE WANTED.

It’s a non-issue if a private production company decides to engage in deception and prank videos in the pursuit of profit and/or their own political goals.  It’s entirely different when our national broadcaster, dipping into the public coffers, targets nonconformist political commentators in order to push a preferred narrative.  The former is free enterprise while the latter is state agitprop.

@WDI_USA So out of the “thousands of men arrested as women” why can you only note 226 with not even 90 incarcerated? And what are you doing to stop sexual violence in prisons perpetuated by cis women?

86% of incarcerated women are survivors of sexual violence. 67% of "trans"-identified men with criminal records have committed violent offenses. 44% are sex offenders. 27 states have policies allowing men into women's prisons if they claim to have a womanly gender identity. This is why policies need to be based on sex, not on "gender identity." #NotOurCrimes

This is a very damaged man. He was never taught what love, respect, and boundaries are. He either didn't have a dad around or one or both of his parents were bullies. He thinks he is right about everything. I don't have the same beliefs as you, but I am spiritual and I would never behave like this man. He's just so mean and doesn't want to have a conversation.

@Aella_Girl Why should women lower their standards even further into the gutter than they have already? As it is most women don't actually *like* their boyfriends or husbands much, they just get in relationships because they're scared of being alone.

Women have been the equivalent of pornbrained by romance novels and Disney and are expecting male partners that cater to the female fantasy of idealized emotional connection. These men mostly do not exist, men are different and imperfect and imo women should drop standards

California lawmakers are considering mandatory “anti-hate speech training.” But “hate speech” often includes speech protected by the First Amendment, and the term has no clear or consistent legal meaning. That is how you get viewpoint policing with a nicer label.

@WhiteBabyFac Data published in November 2025 indicated that, globally, approximately 50,000 women and girls were killed by intimate partners or family members in 2024, continuing a trend of high violence against women. So, how many men were murdered by women?

Many believe domestic violence is overwhelming perpetrated by men against women, but what you probably don't know is that feminist activists in the 70s literally resorted to terrorism to suppress the the truth - men face domestic violence at similar rates to women! Erin Pizzey, founder of the world's first women's shelter in the UK (Chiswick Women's Aid, 1971), observed that domestic violence was often reciprocal rather than solely male-perpetrated. She reported that men also sought help and expressed interest in services for male victims. Pizzey faced severe backlash: death threats, bomb threats, harassment, and even the shooting of her family dog - all attributed to militant feminists who opposed challenging the narrative of male-only perpetration. Pizzey was forced to flee the UK. Similarly, in the US, researchers Murray Straus, Richard Gelles, and Suzanne Steinmetz conducted a 1975 national survey revealing roughly equal rates of partner violence by men and women. Their findings, which highlighted female-perpetrated violence against men, drew fierce opposition from feminist critics. These researchers also received death threats, and bomb threats were made against conference venues where they presented. Feminist activists resorted to extreme acts of violence to suppress the truth about female-perpetrated domestic violence.🤦‍♀️
