@andymilonakis I quit my ~90mg/day zyn habit cold turkey on April 1st after about 7 years on it. Physical cravings were intense for a few days but tapered quickly. The difficult part is the "I get my zyn reward now" at all the usual spots of the day but you just kinda stare at the wall instead

Quit Zyn about 3 weeks ago, that was a tough one, I did it way too much, my brain was foggy for a full 3 weeks, finally started feeling normal again.
