This is the first reported case of a right-sided splenic heterotopia massive enough to cause symptoms. The mechanism of its formation is unclear and worth exploring further. Thanks to Dr. John L. Gore @uwurology and @Tretiakova_Mar @uwlabmedpath for their guidance. (2/2)

Presenting a woman who presented with urinary symptoms and a remarkably large right renal mass suspicious for renal cell carcinoma. Analysis of the mass revealed it was in fact heterotopic splenic tissue. doi.org/10.1177/106689… (1/2)

These TCRs demonstrated enhanced targeting of HLA-A2+, G12V KRAS tumors. Our findings highlight the potential impact of post-translational modifications of tumor antigens on immune recognition and clarifies approaches for therapeutic TCR development. (4/5)

Hope the science we discovered will be inspiring to the cancer field to rethink about drug resistance! The cancer cells are able to reach resistance via many paths. Single-cell resolution view can unearth so much previously unknown but important biology!
