@nectar Returned an item to Argos at start of December and still haven't received the nectar points I originally paid with in return. Can you let me know how I make a complaint? I have the receipt and the confirmation from Argos to say the points were sent 14th Feb.

@vuecinemas wasn’t able to use a gift card yesterday because your ‘system was down’ however the girl said we could get it transferred with the receipt. Can you please do this for me? Luckily avoided 2 disappointed kids by paying on card!

@Accor @All I’ve received a parking charge after a recent stay at one of your hotels after parking in the hotel car park! Can you please get this cancelled ASAP as I’ve tried contacting the hotel direct (Mercure Heathrow) with no luck as yet.
