@AmazonHelp I looked at the list, pretty much have done everything. Restarted my router, restarted the tv, no other internet usage, and everything else works including the Prime Video app up until the point of watching. Previews work, it took my payment, etc.

@PrimeVideo I bought Unhinged but it won’t stream. Just the spinning circle. Is something wrong over there? All my other streaming services work fine. If I can’t stream it tonight, I’d like my money back.

@AmazonHelp Thanks, I’ll check it out. For now, can I get a refund as it is getting too late to start a movie even if I can get it working?

@AmazonHelp I tried clearing cache, force stop and clear data. Doesn’t give me the option to uninstall the app on my fire tv.

@AmazonHelp Everything is fine on the app till I try to play a movie, then just a black screen with the blue spinning circle.

@Delta My flight schedule changed and my family is spread out all over the plane after I had selected seats together. Can you help get us together? I have younger kids that have never sat alone on a flight. On hold with Delta, but they say 45 minutes to an hour wait.
