It's a great illusion to think that a system based on the premise that making money will help bettered human lives. While it did help in the past, the system has reached it's final frontier that is far away from really helping humanity as a whole. The last stretch will have to put the betterment of humans lives as it's main goal atop of making money if we want to really succeed altogether. I suspect that putting humanity's betterment just above making bigger profits is the final move. Amazon and Tesla have proven that businesses with higher and transcendent goals is the best way to be great enterprises and to help humanity as a whole. These models should serve as the blueprint of any company ... and, I would add, that a product that does not ethically help humans and humanity should be forbidden. It seems drastic, but since the business world is broken, why not reinvent it the best way possible. That being said and to get back to the topic , government don't have the money to fix it's problems and most of them are technically bankrupt. Under the present system, governments are tied by the lobbies or under the control of the richer and powerful. Under such conditions, how can a government serve citizens and their welfare ... and where else than from the rich and powerful can the needed money come from ?
