Something I can not stand are people who can not admit when they are wrong. They are very dishonest people. I am not one of them. I think I was wrong about this not being Tyler Robinson's car. It could still not be Tyler's car, but lets just focus on it being the same body style. I was looking at the air splitter on the chin of the car. We can all see that it looks like this car has an air splitter on it. After inspecting the video more I have found that I might be looking at a light that is shining on the ground. You can see here when the car is turning that the air splitter goes away. Physical objects do not do that. Never let it be said that I can not admit when I am wrong.

Have a lot going on for most of it. The YSA is the hardest one to figure out. The local YSA ward is actually in another stake and they focus on their stake more than ours. And getting involvement from those in our ward is difficult. We have like 100 ysa in the ward, about 20 active, and 28 new active over this summer and next. But getting them to an activity or meeting isn’t working. Only about 4-5 go to the ysa ward at any time. And that many for an activity. The ysa ward is about an hour away. I’ve coordinated a kayaking bbq and we had five show up. Not sure how to connect with that age group I guess.

I will also unfollow every Latter-day Saint that takes the position that Tyler is guilty before a jury declares him guilty. If you can’t reasonably review evidence before you, I can’t trust you can reasonably interpret scripture. I’ve repeatedly said I will accept the jury’s decision. But until that happens, nothing has been PROVEN. The State was FORCED to submit 100% of the evidence under Reliable Hearsay because it wasn’t strong enough to have it stand on its own merit. Yes, I actually watched every second of the hearing. I saw all the evidence the public was allowed to see plus the leaks. And nothing reaches the bar of “beyond a reasonable doubt.” Which means they’re gonna have a VERY HARD TIME proving it was Tyler at trial, when half the evidence will be ruled as not facts of the case. It’ll be very hard for the Jury to convict when all they can prove is that Tyler was there at 9am and then left. They can’t prove it was Tyler after that. 100% different outfit. They can’t prove it was Tyler there later that night. The witness literally said it was a bald man with other passengers in his car. All they can prove is that Tyler was for some reason at UVU for a few minutes early in the morning, long before Kirk was even there.
