“Two sources familiar with the matter said that backstage, Scruggs had told Biden that his daughter wanted him to ask the ex-President if he looked like Obama.
The display onstage was meant to show that Biden believed that he did.”
That is it. That is the story.
Joe Biden was trying to make a little girl’s day by telling her dad he looked like Obama, which he does.
As usual, Joe was being kind, and the usual bad-faith crowd twisted it into yet another fake outrage cycle.
Is anybody else exhausted by this constant garbage?

The breakfasts are not free. They are paid for by taxes - mostly on parents who feed their own kids. Most of these 10,000 children would have had a perfectly healthy breakfast at home without these clubs. This isn't about helping the poorest kids, it's the state taking over the basic job of parenting.

Trump will lower quality fuel type with 15% ethanol (E15) vs the typical 10% in cars this summer.
Ethanol has roughly 33% less energy content than pure gasoline.
E15 thus delivers about 1.7–5% lower miles per gallon compared to standard E10 (10% ethanol)
Promoted per-gallon savings (often cited as 10–30 cents) DOES NOT fully offset this efficiency loss, leaving drivers effectively PAYING MORE to travel the same distance.
Ethanol is more corrosive and hygroscopic (absorbs water) than gasoline, which can degrade:
Rubber seals, hoses, gaskets, and plastic components over time.
Metal parts (rust/corrosion in fuel lines, tanks, and injectors).
Carburetors and fuel systems in older vehicles.
Diverting more corn to ethanol (already using a large share of the U.S. crop) reduces supply available for animal feed, livestock, and food products. This can raise costs for meat, dairy, eggs, and other groceries—effectively trading cheaper gas for more expensive food.

It's becoming super obvious that most people in the US do not like AI.
But there's an easy way to fix this.
It's actually super simple.
AI companies pay for every home's electricity and water bill in the counties where data centers are built.
Easy.
You literally start proving out the abundance thesis the second those data centers get approved.
Per Grok 4.20, there's roughly 50k homes in an average county in the US, with an average yearly utility bill for electricity and water of roughly $3k per year.
That's roughly $150m per year per county.
Each one of the biggest data center hyperscalers can very easily afford this.
You'll have counties TRIPPING OVER THEMSELVES to get a data center built in their region.
It's such a no-brainer solution.
