@jamierkennedy Hostile is absolutely the wrong word. Scottie seems like he just doesn’t want to speak to certain things and that’s his choice. I’d say it’s actually wise considering how some athletes speak way beyond what they actually know.

What's up with Scottie? Undoubtedly the best golfer in the world but increasingly hostile to the media? He and Jordan asked the same question here (what's next for LIV players, basically). Both asked after their opening rounds at Doral. The difference in their answers...

Jonny, excellent question. As you can imagine, we’ve received this question in the past. Response: Over a decade ago, we (ACI, Awana Clubs International, Awana HQ, etc.) removed the pledge from our leader training & curriculum, as Awana is centered on the Gospel & rooted in the Bible. We are a great commission, global child discipleship ministry…not a political organization. However…many churches / clubs have continued this tradition. This is a classic example of “field culture” vs “headquarters culture.” Does this help? Please let me know how I can be of further assistance. Grateful you felt the freedom to ask.

In the past "cool kids ministry" looked down on @Awana Clubs as "old fashion." Fast forward to today & parents r getting kids out of screens & into tactile experiences where kids memorize the Bible & play games. Suddenly Awana U.S. is cool again & we grew by 81,000 kids in 2025.

Only one chance in this lifetime… Like watching sunset at the beach from the most foreign seat in the cosmos, I couldn’t resist a cell phone video of Earthset. You can hear the shutter on the Nikon as @Astro_Christina is hammering away on 3-shot brackets and capturing those exceptional Earthset photos through the 400mm lens. @AstroVicGlover was in window 3 watching with @Astro_Jeremy next to him. I could barely see the Moon through the docking hatch window but the iPhone was the perfect size to catch the view…this is uncropped, uncut with 8x zoom which is quite comparable to the view of the human eye. Enjoy.

A church switched from giving branded mugs to first-time visitors to donating meals to a local rescue mission in their name. Their connect card completion rate went from roughly 15% to almost 95% (@refugechurchlc on IG). The gift changed from "here's our logo" to "we did something meaningful on your behalf." Turns out their community responded to generosity, rather than merchandise.

@jase1129 Absolutely. I’m more positive than negative on the year. People forget we have a new coaching staff, and hopefully that’ll bring fresh approach for both offense and pitching. We’ve got some ballers who have had some great offensive years, so we aren’t hoping against hope.

I want to ask Braves Twitter something. We have seen all of the complaints and fans who aren’t happy about not acquiring a SP or whatever the case may be. My question is, are you excited about anything? We can all complain about this or that, but are you excited about anything?
