@jpkimmel7 @Avis I called customer service and was told they charged me a fuel charge b/c the tank wasn’t full on return. I told them I literally gassed up at the conveniently located gas station on the corner. He was understanding of the mistake and said I’d get a refund. We’ll see if it’s true

@Avis why do you give the option to prepay for a cheaper rate, only to add fees on the final bill? Just a rip-off and false advertising!

@hovito619 @Avis Had the same issue this weekend. I was charged a different rate than my rental agreement with no notification except the charge on my credit card statement.
