In case you're wondering why I haven't published my latest video... you can thank @DistroKid for STILL not white-listing my channel from MY OWN MUSIC despite asking them to fix it for MONTHS. After 6 months of work, I'm sorry, but I need the ad revenue to make a living.

Tesla has started to build out its Virtual Queue feature for Tesla Superchargers. This feature will let owners wait in a virtual queue when a Supercharger is full, instead of having to wait in a physical line with their vehicle. When a driver is near a Supercharger at capacity, they’ll be allowed to join the queue. Based on when the vehicle joined the queue, Tesla will manage whose turn it is to charge next. Tesla won’t be disabling charging at the Supercharger stall directly, as there are messages in the app that state: “There is a waitlist to charge. Are you sure you want to start a charging session now?” So it sounds like drivers will need to be respectful of the queue and whose turn it is to charge. via @NotATeslaApp

@niccruzpatane @Tesla Great write up! I just upgraded from a 21 MYLR and this car is incredible in every way. I was able to transfer my FSD license and couldn’t be happier with the car.

After spending a few days with the @Tesla Model Y Performance, I have some thoughts: To give some context, I’ve owned a Legacy MYP since 2021, and a M3P since 2024. Off the bat, if you’re an owner of the new M3P, you’ll feel right at home with this car. From the Sport Seats, to the Adaptive Suspension, everything feels very much alike. I think it’s important to note that this particular car was built in Giga Berlin, and wow the quality was absolutely incredible. Massive respect to the Tesla team in Berlin, the car felt so solid. Seats: The Model Y Performance now includes the Sport Seats from the M3P, but with power thigh extensions and less aggressive lower seat bolsters. These seats are the most comfortable seats Tesla makes imo. I’ve done multiple 20+ hour days in mine with almost zero fatigue. They make the car. So glad they brought it over to the Y. Suspension: This is the biggest difference overall compared to the Legacy MYP, like it’s not even close. This car feels SOLID. It’s still have some stiffness — which is to be expected for a Performance car with 21" wheels, but in no way is it uncomfortable. There is a noticeable difference in how the rear feels, especially over bumps, it feels very German-like in a good way. You can definitely feel the difference when you flick the Ride & Handling between Sport and Normal. You can easily roadtrip this car with no worries of feeling uncomfortable. Handling is much improved over the Legacy version, but isn’t as direct and engaging as the M3P, which is also to be expected. Power: 0-60 mph has now been reduced to 3.3s from 3.5s for the Legacy model. There is also a Launch Mode which is a first for the 3/Y platform. The rear motor, like the 3P sounds awesome under load — it sounds like a spaceship. The car is plenty quick for 99% of people out there. Styling: I think the car looks so awesome. I’m so happy that Tesla finally gave Performance models their own identity. It’s instantly recognizable, and the gloss black accents around the car looks cool. I would definitely remove some wheel inserts off the Arachnid 2.0 wheels if it were mine, but they’re great as-is. The rear definitely looks the best imo — that carbon spoiler is HUGE. I also like the way the mirror caps are black, regardless of which color you pick. Nice touch. Overall, if you have a pre-refresh Model Y Performance, this would be a massive upgrade. If you have a Model 3 Performance (2024+), and need some extra space, you’ll be very happy with this car too. It is probably the best all-around car that Tesla makes. It includes utility, performance, styling, and comfort all in one. For the price, it’s hard to beat this package. Thanks to the Tesla team for allowing me to test this car over the last couple days. It was a blast! I took some 4K images, they’re below :)

I also have a few places where it will wait too long to try and get over and if I let it go we will miss the exit. There is also another exit with two lanes that aren’t painted well and it will drive to the center which becomes a problem if there is another car with us on the exit.

Some HW3 cars have a bug. Does yours drive too slow and hug the center lines? Or is it navigation issues? One of my friends who has HW3 in Vegas area uses it all the time. He travels all around from Nevada to Arizona. He pairs it with Tesla Insurance and since he uses FSD 100% of the time, his safety score is 99%. That does not match up with your experience, and neither does my own experience on HW3.

FSD on HW3 is so damn good it’s not even funny. 12.6.4 is a solid build. Rock solid. With the exception of going in reverse, it’s extremely rare that I ever have to do anything.

It definitely drives to conservative in rush hour and everyone takes advantage of that.. that is more preference. There are a few navigation issues. One major one every day is it always prefers the left lane, and the left lane turns into a reversible lane depending on the time of day and we always end up deriving head on into traffic even though there is a red x over the lane.

@wholemars @bartspeak @mikepat711 I hope they put a fix out! I ordered a MYP last week and now am getting caught up in all the cyber truck over-selling and reversing the rules after making the purchase. That is what I am frustrated about. I have saved a long time to upgrade my HW3 Y with FSD to the new MYP.

You: No FSD transfer unless I take delivery by March 31?!? HOW DARE YOU!? Tesla just loves FUCKING their customers in the ASS! THIS MUST BE E FIXED! MAKE IT RIGHT! Me: *Sell my car with FSD for $3k - $4k more, given FSD package isn’t for sale anymore* *Uses the extra money for 30 - 40 months of FSD subscription* *Put the $4k in my savings account to collect interest and pay sub monthly*

@AIDRIVR @Deandawiz 10000%. They should honor the people who ordered during those terms.. fine, charge them and shorten it, but the retroactive part is the real problem.. I have no issue with them stopping the promotion.

Tesla doesn’t owe any of you shit. You all owe Tesla an apology for thinking they couldn’t do the impossible. You guys are all selfish lmao. If you were running a business, would you really offer the thing that ONLY YOU could offer for free to millions of people? Please remember that ALL OF YOU, had an EXTENDED ability to transfer your FSD to a HW4 for a VERY LONG TIME. Now you are pissed that that ability is gone? You waited too long, the door of opportunity that Tesla so humbly offered has closed.

Totally agree! I ordered a MYP a week ago, but now I don’t know if my transfer from my HW3 MY will happen since it’s a march-April delivery. If they don’t, I will cancel my order and eventually buy a new Rivian. I was in the fence, I love FSD, but this kind of customer service is horrible.

@drivingoutlaw What you aren't understanding is by not allowing transfers you could lose subs. Because if I can't transfer FSD to my next car I will not be a customer ever again.

I understand where your coming from, and my HW3 is MY is fine, but when you advertise something, take people’s money and then change the rules retroactively is a huge customer service fail. Stick to your word, what you advertised and what was in place when you placed your order should stand. Fine, change for future orders, but honor what was in place when peoples ordered. My issue isn’t the transfer as a whole, but the change retroactively.

I know a lot of people who are complaining about this. My opinion: There’s nothing wrong w/ keeping your current car if you love FSD that much. Remember how long it took FSD to arrive on the Cybertruck? There was a reason for that. It’s a separate build and likely a pain for Tesla to manage that branch. People shouldn’t have such a strong need to transfer FSD anyway… It’s like buying TurboTax software in 2019 and expecting you can transfer it a new computer in 2027. Consider this $60k saved. The good news is that you can use that money toward a Cybercab, a Model YL (if it comes to NA), or another killer deal Tesla offers in the future. 😉
Sawyer Merritt@SawyerMerritt

UPDATE: Last night, Tesla changed its FSD transfer policy (pic on left). You now have to take delivery by March 31, 2026 to be eligible. For people who placed an order before this policy change, including Cybertruck dual-motor AWD order holders: • If your delivery window is on or before March 31, 2026, or it gets pushed into April due to a delay caused by Tesla, the company will still honor FSD transfer. • Tesla will NOT honor FSD transfer if the initial delivery window was after March 31, 2026 when the order was placed. • If your order window is beyond March 31, 2026 or you end up not being able to take delivery by March 31, 2026, Tesla will offer you a refund of your $250 order fee. Before, Tesla's website said: "customers who place an order for a new Tesla vehicle by March 31, 2026 may qualify for transferring FSD (Supervised)." Not anymore. While Tesla always said directly on their FSD transfer website page that the "FSD transfer program is subject to change or end at any time," I’d still like to see Tesla give all $60k Cybertruck AWD orders made before last night’s policy change the option for FSD transfer at time of delivery. Many people placed an order because they thought they would be able to transfer FSD. I’ve deleted the post I made a couple days ago (pic on right) about Cybertruck AWD FSD transfers to avoid anyone seeing that post, but not this update, and mistakenly placing an order. While I did link to the terms page in the thread, I should have added in my first post Tesla’s exact disclaimer wording from the FSD transfer page: “The FSD (Supervised) Transfer Program is subject to change or end at any time." I’m really bummed out for the people who already ordered the $60k Cybertruck and wanted to transfer FSD, even though Tesla is offering order fee refunds. Keep in mind, Tesla can always decide to change the terms on this stuff at any time. People can reach out to any Tesla sales advisor with any questions. They will confirm this info. Link to Tesla's FSD transfer website page: tesla.com/support/fsd-tr…
