If Luka Dončić keeps up his level of play from the last couple weeks over the rest of the season, and the Lakers finish in the mid-50s, his MVP argument is going to be strong.
There's a significant efficiency gap between him and SGA, but I think he can make up for it with the volume of his playmaking.

What Luka just did to walk Houston down and tuck them in bed - complete control, total mastery. At his peak, in his element, locked in, there is no one better.
I don’t see SGA dealing with the constant blitz & double teams at Luka’s rate, let alone close out a game by finding teammates like that.

@kaiouZX @Legal_Fil The timing of the WBC causes issues with MLB teams. Injuries are a real concern. USA's closer didn't pitch because his MLB team asked that he only be used with a lead. One of my team's best players got hurt in the last WBC. He didn't play this one. Ironically, he's Venezuelan.

So if you watch JB play you know that he typically gets way less calls than he should. This game he got to the line a ton. Some were very similar to Shai’s typical nightly theatre. But my fav thing about OKC fans trying to dunk on JB is they’re just admitting Shai is unethical
