@ColorWowHair My spray pump on my root lift product is broken - won’t spray - and I’ve only had it a short time. Can I get a new spray or is this a known problem?

Yes!! So proud of @MarnieSwindells - what a star! Lovely to see someone I taught (the Y8 English speeches obviously had such an impact) smashing #TheApprentice and inspiring so many as a strong and successful young woman.

@ldjk20 @FunkyPedagogy So frustrating because the overall grades for the cohort are good but the top end, for us, seem to have been really harshly marked. Some very average kids getting way higher marks for AO5 than those that should have been 18+

@TUIUK thank you so much for informing of my flight delay an hour and a half after I should have departed! I can collect my voucher from the ‘check in’ I went through 4 hours ago!

@easyjet update: still no refund money despite being promised it has been processed on 2 diff occasions - lies. No response on here to ‘help’ - waste of time. End result = small claims incoming.

I have been waiting since 24/4 to get a refund for accommodation as a result of my easyJet flight being cancelled from Amsterdam to Belfast. That’s nearly 16 weeks ago - contacted customer services 12 times now and the service has been disingenuous. @easyJet time to fix it!
