Just a kind reminder to all our American friends. That shit that happened in Minneapolis today, never ever happened in the EU, never would, never will. If a mother of three (youngest child of age 4 or 6) got point blank shot in the head by an officer here, no matter the circumstances, no matter the reasons, no matter the driving directions, or intentions, even if she were the worst human on the planet, governments would fall, elections would be called, and the offending officer would end up serving a horrible jail sentence (and his superiors wouldn’t fare much better). Oh, and in the EU politically mandated militias, such as ICE, are strictly illegal. Generations of servicemembers have made these same patriotic sacrifices for this country, earning the respect, appreciation, and rank they deserve. Pete Hegseth wants to send the message to every single retired servicemember that if they say something he or Donald Trump doesn’t like, they will come after them the same way. It’s outrageous and it is wrong. There is nothing more un-American than that. If Pete Hegseth, the most unqualified Secretary of Defense in our country’s history, thinks he can intimidate me with a censure or threats to demote me or prosecute me, he still doesn’t get it. I will fight this with everything I’ve got — not for myself, but to send a message back that Pete Hegseth and Donald Trump don’t get to decide what Americans in this country get to say about their government.

The Epstein files were under seal during the Biden adminnistration due to Ghislane Maxwell's trial. No one had access to them and anyone with any information about what is in them would be putting that trial in jeopardy and risking a mistrial.
