The Texas ruling is dangerous, has no basis in law, and threatens Americans' ability to access mifepristone, a safe and FDA-approved medication.
Medication abortion remains safe and legal in Colorado. I'm joining my colleagues in support of @POTUS's appeal to keep it that way.

If there's no lasting immunity to covid and no upper limit on infections and the CDC's central estimate is a 70% risk of long covid after 5 infections won't most people that don't die get long covid? Isn't this the brutal logic on the current path? What am I missing?

I understand there is a lot going on in the world today: judges taking bribes, state legislators being racists. But do me a favor - read this article. Sit with it. While the story is extreme, it isn’t unusual. Medical racism is very real and it breaks families under the weight.

Under the new Restrict Act ("ban TikTok act") VPN users face 20 years in jail and a $1mio fine if they evade US internet censorship. Compared to this, the great firewall of china looks like a picket fence 😨 E.g. VPN are largely tolerated (used one for 7 years with no issue).
