@kentreliance Hi, trying to apply online for a Cash ISA but you don’t list Moneybox as a provider for transfers in even though they do allow digital transfer out, would rather not have to fill in paper forms, is the omission an oversight?

Hi Craig, You’re all set — you can complete the form using just the account number and sort code. Your Moneyfarm ID isn’t essential, so you can leave that out and still submit the form without any issues. If you need anything else or want to double‑check details before submitting it, give us a call on 0345 122 1122.

@kentreliance We able to get a solution on this so I can get the forms in the post before you withdraw the rate?

@kentreliance How comes you can't transfer a Moneyfarm ISA into you online? Bit offputting needing to do it via post

Hi Ron, I understand how frustrating that can be when rates change so soon after opening an account. Please note that all of our savings products are limited edition, which means they can be withdrawn or replaced at any time. As a result, interest rates may change, and newer versions of the same product may be launched with different rates. @kentreliance really annoying. 3 weeks ago open variable instant access ISA. Check today rate not gone up but issued a new variable instant access ISA with a higher rate. Guess what I've opened a new 1 & will tf the balance & close the 1 I opened last month🫣😡 @MartinSLewis

@kentreliance when you loan a mortgage why do you charge a 3% arrangement fee ! That’s over £10000 on an average BTL with a 2 year fixed rate .. so if I remortgaged 5 times in 10 years you make £50000 from my property as well as high interest along the way !

@kentreliance opened ISA cheque/transfer/cash.. your manager at Hempstead Valley wouldnt let me pay in cash... caused CONSIDERABLE INCONVIENCE. Formal complaint will be made. ZERO Managerial/customercare skills...

@kentreliance how do I login? I’m a new customer. I’ve been sent a user identification number AND a 10 digit user ID. On the login page there’s a choice of “I have a 10 digit user ID” (not valid) or “I have a Username” (I don’t). Unnecessarily confusing and painful.
