3/ @beefeatergrill its counterproductive and a bit crazy. Our party of 4 decided not to eat, the table of 7 next to us outside also decided not to eat. 11 paying customers lost in minutes. 100k spent on outdoor seating according to the manager but not allow to sit outside to eat

2/ @beefeatergrill we were told by the manager that you don't employ enough staff to cover the outside area/you make no money on the lunch food so that was why we couldn't order any lunch menu for outside, we could only sit inside or order everything from the main menu

1/ @beefeatergrill can you clarify your policy on eating outside in one of your pub gardens. Had a disappointing & quite frankly bonkers experience yesterday. Was not able to order food from the lunch menu & sit outside, we wanted to order a mix of main & lunch menu foods.
