Today, we are sharing the story of another resilient warrior who was negatively impacted by the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, Kennie Kelly. Chief Warrant Officer 5 Kelly, a Master Aviator, was involuntarily separated in September 2022 after refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine. Following the release of EO 14184, he worked directly with the dedicated @USArmy COVID-19 Reinstatement & Reconciliation Task Force to return to service. With support from the Task Force - and under the leadership of @SecWar & @SecArmy - CW5 Kelly was reinstated in February 2026 with full relief, including backpay, duty station preference, entitlements, benefits, and constructive service credit. He now serves alongside his three sons, each carving their own path in the @USArmy, @USNavy & @USAirForce. Following reports that two U.S. soldiers went missing while participating in exercise African Lion 2026 in Morocco, CBS has received additional information on the matter. Per the report, citing defense officials, the two soldiers went for a hike to watch the sunset when one fell into the water and the second jumped in to save them near the Cap Draa Training Area. Before the second soldier jumped in, soldiers attempted to form a human chain which was unsuccessful, prompting the second to leap to the first’s aid. As both began to struggle against the waves, a third soldier jumped in and was unable to save them, and was forced to return to land. The search for the missing two soldiers continued today, per the report, utilizing drones, vessels, divers and aircraft.

The "yes" vote has won Va's redistricting referendum — but the legal fight is just beginning. Four Va Constitutional challenges are now teed up: THREE challenges to the amendment process itself: 1️⃣ First passage was invalid. The amendment was taken up during a special session convened in 2024 for budget purposes. The General Assembly's own call to the Governor (under Art. IV, §6 and Art. V, §5) and its governing resolution (HJR 6001) limited the session's scope. Expanding it to include a constitutional amendment on redistricting required a two-thirds vote that never occurred. A Tazewell County judge found this action "void, ab initio." 2️⃣ Art. XII, §1 requires that after first passage, a proposed amendment be "referred to the General Assembly at its first regular session held after the next general election of members of the House of Delegates." An election must intervene between first and second passage. Here, first passage occurred during an election cycle — not before an intervening one. 3️⃣ Art. XII, §1 requires the amendment be submitted to voters "not sooner than ninety days after final passage by the General Assembly." The timeline from second passage to the April 21 vote did not satisfy this requirement. Plus ONE challenge to the proposed maps: 4️⃣ Art. II, §6 requires that "every electoral district shall be composed of contiguous and compact territory." The proposed congressional maps violate this contiguity requirement (rather badly). Next stop, court. Stay tuned.

SCOOP: Trump will sign an executive order at 5pm, cracking down on mail-in voting across the country, @DailyCaller has learned. The executive order will require the admin to create a list of confirmed U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote in each state. It will also mandate that absentee ballots only be sent to those on each state's approved mail-in ballot list. Ballots will now have specific secure envelopes, with unique barcodes for tracking. States who disobey the order may lose federal funds under the presidential action.

Last week, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Nearly one in eight women in the United States will face this diagnosis. Every day, these women continue to raise their families, go to work, and serve their communities with strength and determination. I now join their ranks. Thank God for the bravery of these young Old Dominion University heroes who demonstrated why our service members are the best of us. Suzanne and I join the nation in profound sadness and anger at the loss of Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, who undoubtedly died saving the lives of his students. We have to stop allowing violent terrorists back into our communities. If a naturalized citizen pledges allegiance to ISIS then that person has violated his Oath of Allegiance. He must be stripped of citizenship, deported and never allowed back into America to harm our citizens.

The President was fully briefed on it, and a goal of the Operation itself, to annihilate the terrorist Iranian regime’s navy, missiles, drone production infrastructure, and other threat capabilities is quite literally intended to deprive them of their ability to close the Strait.
