She was on the thameslink arriving at three bridges 09.11. Attached is a copy of her ticket. Can she be refunded for the part of the journey she'd already paid for, and an apology for being made to feel so vulnerable?

She was left tearful and upset, not only by feeling she'd been overcharged, but the way she was spoken to and treated by the inspector.

@TLRailUK really disappointing service from one of your ticket officers yesterday which resulted in my friend being reduced to tears. She had to travel to three bridges to collect lost property from the station and while on the train was made to pay an extortionate amount.

@kodonnell82 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Dont know if this helps but its just worked for me. I made a new account. Before I went back to the app with the password they sent (as if I was new to three) I turned my WiFi off when I put the details in it said to turn WiFi on did this and for some strange reason it worked.

@kodonnell82 @ThreeUKSupport Having exactly the same problem been with @ThreeUK for 8 plus years never had so many problems as I'm getting at the moment, poor signal cant access my account think it could be time to switch.
