Hate Israel all you want but one thing is absolutely, abundantly clear after the rescue of the American pilots and as this war has proceeded: No other ally in the world today actively assists the US as Israel does. They are the truest ally in every sense of the word. NATO won't even let the US fly through their airspace. Israel? They'll put their own pilots in the line of fire to rescue an American. That's allyship.

🚨BREAKING: Video of a young couple with a baby being kicked off an Allegiant Air flight is going viral. Young couple on a delayed flight tried to keep their baby girl cool after she became overheated by lightly dressing her down. She was crying a lot, and her mother was trying not to bother other passengers. While most understood the stressful situation, a flight attendant falsely claimed the baby had a fever and even asked for a birth certificate, using it as an excuse to remove the family, adding unnecessary fear and stress to an already difficult moment.

That’s complete nonsense. 1 am-3 am is the circadian low, where humans perform the absolute worst, which is proven by decades of science. Many accidents e.g. in aviation were partially caused by this very fact. I generally don’t know where this obsession comes from that people knew a few centuries ago knew more about the human body than we do today. Or would you rely on their knowledge on hygiene as well?

The most dangerous lie in human history isn’t about food. It isn’t about medicine. It is about sleep. For 200,000 years, humans did not sleep 8 hours. That number was invented in 1938 by a mattress company called Simmons Beautyrest. Before that campaign, the average human slept in two shifts. Historians call it “Biphasic Sleep.” You would sleep for 4 hours, wake up for 2, then sleep for another 4. During that 2-hour window, people would pray, have s*x, write, think, and connect with their families. Some of the greatest works in human history were created in that sacred middle window. Shakespeare wrote most of his plays between 1AM and 3AM during his second wake period. Mozart composed entire symphonies in what he called “The God Hours.” Then the Industrial Revolution needed workers on a fixed schedule. You cannot run a factory on biphasic sleep. So they hired a psychologist named Dr. Nathaniel Kleitman to “prove” that 8 consecutive hours was the biological standard. He faked the studies. He was funded entirely by the mattress industry. And the medical establishment adopted his research without question because it aligned with the factory model. They turned the most creative 2 hours of human consciousness into a “sleep disorder.” They called it “Insomnia.” They medicated it. They gaslight an entire generation that 8 hours of continuous sleep was healthy. They pathologized the exact window of consciousness that produced some of the greatest art, music, and literature in human history. You are not an insomniac. You are experiencing the most natural form of human consciousness. And a mattress company convinced you it was a disease. Stop medicating your genius. Wake up at 2AM. Write the thing. The “God Hours” are calling. ✨🙌🏾💫 © Andre Gonzalves

You don’t know anything, actually. We don’t have a draft. We have an all volunteer military.  Brave young men and women who join by choice.  And recruitment is way up under President Trump.  These are great patriots who mostly don’t listen to the likes of you or the cabal of Woke Reich American-haters and your Marxist-Islamist comrades.  I talk to them all the time. I meet them. They are fantastic heroes and patriots. They don’t want your handwringing and fake pity.  And they sure as hell don’t want your anti-American propaganda and trash talk. They want us to support them, especially now. In Israel they do have a draft. It’s a tiny country with a tiny population.  Virtually every family is involved. It’s a matter of life and death. The current Israeli ambassador to the United States lost his eldest son in one of the first battles in Gaza against the Hamas terrorists.  He was a commander of a unit who was killed in a booby trapped building as they sought to clear it out. The prime minister of Israel lost his older brother at Entebbe while leading a special forces unit to rescue Israelis who’d been kidnapped.  He was killed by a sniper.  The PM himself was wounded in battle years ago. But none of this will matter to you. Back to your bullsh*t.  And here come the bots.

Theo Von runs into a wall of skepticism from Joe Rogan after he makes some bold claims about Gaza. THEO: “We had a doctor… and he was saying that there were like bullets that had gone down a child, like just crazy.” ROGAN: “Like shot down? Like from a drone that’s above him?” THEO: “Yes, like something in the air. And he said that there were drones in the air all day. There’s that Palantir company just keeping tabs on everything that was happening.” ROGAN: “Palantir is involved in Gaza?” THEO: “Palantir was involved in Gaza. Yeah.” ROGAN: “For sure?” THEO: “Mmmhmmm.” ROGAN: “[Jamie], put that into Perplexity.”

Are Antidepressants Actually Anti-focus Pills? The drug effect of SSRI/SNRI is difficult to describe. It's been over 2 years now since I took the my last Lexapro and my opinion of it has been changing recently. Many times I would use the words numbing agent to describe the SSRI effect. Which is demonstrably true. It's been measured and cited in many research papers. The pills physically numb your brain as they have a measurable voltage-gated sodium channel effect. The same effect lidocaine produces. I've also described them as anti-awareness pills which is also true. You are not aware of what is bothering you is still present. You simply don't see it anymore. Another example is decreased pain sensitivity. The pain from pinching a finger is still there. Your awareness of it is not. The previous two examples I believe are both correct. They appear to me to miss the mark on what the SSRI/SNRI does to your perception. When sexual dysfunction and anhedonia sets in you are aware something has changed. Something is wrong. If it's mild you may not notice it. If the negative effect is pronounced then the classic I feel like a zombie complaint begins. In the case of PSSD and protracted withdrawal these effects are greatly amplified. As I come out of Protracted/PSSD which is a serious disconnection from environmental emotional processing plus cognitive difficulties. I've come to understand calling the drug anti-awareness and numbing agents doesn't give a complete picture and describing them as anti-focus pills maybe a better fit. The reason is you are aware something is wrong due to the drug effect but you can't trace down what is wrong. It could trick the person into believing they are unaware of what's bothering them. So they may report they feel better from the drug effect. If the effect goes to far then they report they can't feel or feel like a zombie. Some awareness is maintained. The ability to track down why this is happening is disabled. That is a focus problem. A example of PSSD/protracted for people who don't have this condition can understand is atmospheric changes. A storm is coming you can notice the humidity and pressure shift. Or it's hot and dry outside and you walk into a basement and think it's damp and musty in here. People who taken SSRI/SNRI their ability to sense these atmospheric changes is mildly to greatly weakened. They know it's raining, warm or cold outside. They can't feel it like a healthy person does. While these negative effects was happening to me. I was aware something was wrong. I was unable to describe it. Now that the condition is healing it dawned on me. It is an inability to focus. People in PSSD will often describe the condition like being locked in a glass box watching the world go by. Everything on the other side of the glass wall simply isn't getting through. It can look like they are unaware of their external environment due to the numbing effect from the drug. Saying they cannot focus on the details they want to maybe a more accurate statement. The inability to focus maybe what is making tracing down PSSD/Protracted effects stubbornly difficult. How do you describe and resolve a problem if you cannot focus thereby preventing you from seeing the issue in detail? You can't. This is also how the lobotomy was done. The focus center of the brain is inside the pre-frontal cortex. The ice pick lobotomy would severe and destroy connections to deeper brain regions from the pre-frontal cortex. Thereby disabling the persons ability to focus on what is bothering them. You tell me. Do SSRI/SNRI remove awareness? Or does the drug disable focus triggering sexual dysfunction and cognitive issues? I'm now leaning towards people in PSSD being more of a focus related problem. They know they are harmed. They struggle to articulate it.
