#T736 Terrible aftersales service by @Vivo_India . My 8month old #vivov40 had motherboard issues. Phn constantly froze bt SC only gave S/W updates for 3months. Changing MB dint work so as per warranty I shd hv gt a replacement. @Vivo_India stopped replying. Dont buy Vivo phns.

@CryptoRusputin @Moto_Support Pretty strange part is SC admitted this to be a known issue and that they provide free replacement for G62 and G82 but not G72. Buyers of G72 are sinners I believe. If they don't provide replacement I am done with Moto. I will ensure none of my contacts buy a Moto.

#T731 Moto G72 purchased 11-3-2023, display gone for toss. Moto service center acknowledged it is known & common issue. They provided out of warranty replacement for G62 & G82 users bt not my G72. What is my fault? @motorolaindia @Moto_Support

@Moto_Support I had already visited the service center yesterday. They examined and told that display need to be replaced and cost of replacement is 8000+

@kumar_ray Hi, thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that. Our best advice for this situation is that you submit your device for review and repair at one of our service centers so that repair engineer could examine your unit and provide a proper resolution.
