@slice_cares I’ve been a loyal user but I’m disappointed with the recent service. I paid my Minimum Due on time and cleared the full balance by March 17th. Despite this, I'm being charged heavy interest for a first-time misunderstanding. Support on chat refused to help. Plz help

Very disappointing experience with @Swiggy and @SwiggyInstamart. Support rarely helps even when customers complain about serious issues. When complaints are ignored, the same problems keep happening. This was the last time I’m using Swiggy.
