@SwiggyCares The refund is not the solution here. I had consumed 4-5 pieces of this before realising this. @thirdwaveindia Kalkaji Branch is not willing to accept their mistake. You should blacklist them ASAP so that this does not happen again with any of your customers.

Just ordered Cold Coffee and Cold Brew from @thirdwaveindia Kalkaji Store in New Delhi through Swiggy as they had 1+1 Offer. When i took the sip of the Cold Coffee i felt some pieces in my mouth. it was pieces of acrylic. @fssaiindia

i strained the coffee and found pieces of acrylic and when i contacted the store at 9986652843, they said they will send me a replacement, which i refused. Please avoid @thirdwaveindia. Please take action against them @fssaiindia
