Ordered broccoli and carrots from @ZeptoNow and received produce with visible fungal growth. White fungus was clearly spread across the broccoli florets. The carrots were dehydrated, shriveled, and old.

Is consuming fungus-covered vegetables now within Zepto’s quality standards? Food safety is not a subjective interpretation. It is a basic responsibility. @zeptocares @aadit_palicha customers deserve better than mold and scripted responses. This is not how customer trust is built

When I raised this with support, I was told this “aligns with quality checks” and is in “acceptable condition.” A replacement was denied. The chat was forcefully closed, stating that the resolution is final.

@vasanthvelumani @vijaypnpa_ips This U-turn has been extremely inconvenient. It is located far beyond the signal, and vehicles rarely stop to allow us to turn safely. The placement seems illogical, and it causes difficulty every single time we need to take that turn. Kindly look into this on priority!

@vijaypnpa_ips Airport to Adambakkam - we need a right turn or a proper signal installed in front of OTA. It is impossible to take a U-Turn now with the oncoming vehicles not willing to stop.
