@LNER absolutely chaos at Kings Cross changing the platforms/trains at the last minute for people to then have to change trains and leaving disabled passengers with no information, stranded on the wrong trains because of your incompetence

@PostOffice I’ve been to pay Scottish notes directly into my bank account today via the Post Office counter and was refused. I checked your website before my visit and said that they’d be accepted. Are the counter staff incorrect to refuse?

@BarclaysUKHelp The mortgage team was getting back to us on 7th August and haven’t responded to the solicitor. We’ve waited long enough now for a resolution. It is a lot of money to go ‘missing’

@BarclaysUKHelp partner and I completed our house sale 5 weeks ago, the solicitor sent over the funds to clear our mortgage & have proof you have received this. This money cannot be found/not cleared, we are still paying a mortgage on a house we don’t own. Help!

@OfficialFV absolutely diabolical service. Ordered 4th April furniture and only one item has arrived. Being ignored, passed from pillar to post and still nothing to sit on. Finance company want to start payment for something that hasn’t arrived. This needs sorting ASAP
