A vehicle is parked in a fire zone, close to a fire hydrant, so this fireman decides to brake the passenger window and drivers window out and run the fire hose through the inside of the car. Do you think the fireman was just angry and wanted to teach the cars owner not to park in a fire zone, or should he just have draped the hose over the car or around the front of the car. ?

This ma ordered a new fridge for $1000 from Lowe’s. When it was delivered, the delivery men accidentally dented the right stainless steel panel on the door. The fridge still works great, but there are three unsightly dents. He reached out to Lowe’s and they took $500 off of the total price, so he ended up getting it for only $500. Would you have taken that deal and saved $500 or would you have taken the fridge back and had the give you a new one that was not damaged?

America has ten times the billionaires today than we had in 1990. In rural Maine we have fewer schools, fewer hospitals, fewer young people who can ever hope to buy a home. Money has been sucked upward, out of our towns and into the pockets of the billionaire class.

@swd2 I disagree with disallowing them to purchase candy, sodas, etc. That money is gone from the taxpayer no matter what. This is just spite at this point. If they want to spend it all on candy and go hungry for two weeks out of the month, so be it.

As of today, Florida SNAP recipients can’t buy soda or candy because God forbid we allow a single mom and her kids a few moments of happiness at the end of the day. 😡
