@ConEdison Why is your customer service consistently so rude and dismissive? I was even told there’s no way to leave feedback. This is unacceptable—customers deserve basic respect. Fix this.

@RossStoresX Ross has permanently lost my business. I came to return an item with receipt and tags at a different location ( 20 minutes apart) & the "manager" refused to refund me because she didn't feel comfortable because the tag said wallet and it was a Marc Jacob's mini tote

@UrbanOutfitters bad customer service. Sending me the wrong items and then expect me to out of my way to return them. Maybe stop sending items that I didn’t order! Take accountability for your actions for once! Oh we can give you 20% for next time for an item I can’t even use!

@facebook what did you do to my market place acct? You banned my acct? No explanation in the middle of a pending order. I can’t reach seller or access my acct. I have reached to support inbox and gotten no answer. I haven’t violated any rules. I was literally selling my own art.

@askdepop Yeah, I’ve been back and forth with someone from HQ. If you’re gonna provide an option to give feedback and then go in and delete them to benefit you then you’re lying to your buyers/customers. You’re flawed. What other merchant deletes reviews?

@depop you removed an honest feedback to benefit your sellers. I reached out to seller after 5 days to get an update and they stated it was out of stock. I wrote a review on how cx sold an item they don’t carry and you removed it for seller. Be warned that the reviews are flawed

@askdepop It was 100% true and I have the chat to prove that it. You stated it was fair to both parties. You left your cx hanging. You leave out honest reviews to make it look like the seller is good. Now I know the reviews are not real. Your biz is flawed and fake.

@Wendys I stood in line patiently for 30 minutes only for the slowest cashier to tell me they don’t do bigger meals at this location yet it’s on the menu. Why advertise something you don’t even sell?? Disappointed customer.

@Verizon once again Verizon has failed me. How many reps do I have to talk to get assistance. I was promised something and now they can’t honor it. Don’t promise your customers something and screw them in the end. I’m tired of this crap. Worst customer service.
