Ordered an item on Amazon for Rs 12,800, Got cancelled by the delivery agent.
Now being asked to pay Rs 35,000 for the same.
Contacted support 20-30 times, no real help, just Rs 100 compensation.
#Flipkart handled a similar issue way better.

The order was out for delivery and without contacting me, the delivery agent cancelled the order.

@flipkartsupport I have recording of the delivery agent where he mentioned that he will return the product and I will get my refund but he didn’t. I can file a complaint regarding Flipkart in consumer court regarding this.

After automatic cancelation of my iphone 13 which i ordered in BBD, finally the item was back in stock and i was able to place a fresh order with a Rs 10000 coupon which they provided as a compensation.
Hopefully they don't cancel the order this time.
