As expected the Netherlands will present their results on Tesla's FSD in the next meeting of the Technical Committee - Motor vehicles (TCMV) on 5 May. 🇪🇺 The vote will take place at the end of June. If at least 50% of EU countries vote in favour of FSD, it will be approved automatically in all 27 EU countries.

At the next TCMV session on May 5th the presentation from the RDW got extended from 20 to 60 minutes Must be an interesting talk!

L'utilisation correcte de ce système d'assistance à la conduite apporte une contribution positive à la sécurité routière. » Selon les statistiques publiées par @Tesla, ce système d’assistance à la conduite, sous supervision attentive du conducteur, est 7 fois plus sûr que la moyenne des conducteurs humains : tesla.com/fr_fr/fsd/safe… Cela veut dire que chaque jour qui passe sans approuver ce système en France 🇫🇷 entraîne statistiquement des accidents, des blessés et des morts qui pourraient être évités. À titre personnel, mes deux parents ont 86 ans, vivent dans une commune où l’utilisation de la voiture est indispensable et leur capacité à conduire de façon sécurisée a fortement décliné ces dernières années. Ce système leur permettrait de retrouver une liberté de mouvement afin de vivre plus sereinement leurs vieux jours sans se mettre en danger ainsi que les autres usagers de la route. Il est désormais possible pour les 26 autres pays de l’Union Européenne 🇪🇺 de suivre très facilement et rapidement l’avancée autorisée par les Pays-Bas 🇳🇱 Des centaines de milliers de personnes dont je fais partie comptent sur votre diligence pour que la France 🇫🇷 soit aux avant-postes de cette révolution.

🚨 Tesla's new border warning in Europe: ‘Upcoming country border. FSD (Supervised) will become unavailable’. From Italy 🇮🇹 to Austria 🇦🇹 (seen in update 2026.2.9). This DOESN'T mean FSD stops forever after approval. It's smart geo-fencing. FSD auto disables when entering a country where it's NOT yet legally approved (reg compliance). Once approved (starting Netherlands ~late March 2026, then likely cascading via EU mutual recognition to Germany, Belgium, Austria, etc.), it should work seamlessly across borders. BREAKING!! 🇪🇺 FSD Message "FSD (Supervised) will become unavailable" already active in 2026.2.9 when crossing country border. This was while using EAP (Navigate on Autopilot) from Italy to Austria.

@lonevvolf I guess it will continue at least for one or two quarters after FSD has been released in the EU. Currently FSD transfer ends Dec 31st, 2025.
