Accountability to whom, exactly? They need to return to their home country and repay every dollar they’ve drained from the American taxpayers. This is also A NATIONAL SECURITY issue. Get it right? Take a good look in the mirror. You’re the one who has it wrong. OFFENSIVE.
Rep. María Elvira Salazar@RepMariaSalazar

Immigration brings out strong passions. Good. It should. Because it affects every single American. But before echoing the noise, look at the facts. The Dignity Act is clear: NO path to citizenship. NO federal benefits. Criminals get deported- NO MERCY. Instead, you come forward, you admit you broke the law, you pay the price. This is NOT a free pass… It is accountability. You’ve seen the facts. Now get it right.

Here is @mrddmia’s excellent article in Fox on the sad travesty of California disbarring fine lawyer and former colleague of mine @DrJohnEastman. Mike also sees that the baying wolves of the Left remain howling at me and that they must be stopped. Says Mike: “Even though he broke no laws, Eastman shockingly now stands disbarred. The criminal lawfare against him in the form of Willis’ farcical indictment failed, but this kangaroo court has accomplished its abhorrent goal.  There is another lawyer whose legal fate awaits judgment: Jeff Clark, an exceptional legal mind who served in President Trump’s Justice Department. Clark stands accused of the risible offense of "attempted dishonesty" by the District of Columbia Bar. His case awaits a decision by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, D.C.’s highest court. The Article III Project proudly filed a friend-of-the-court brief on Clark’s behalf because he, like Eastman, did nothing to warrant disbarment. The California Supreme Court failed John Eastman and the legal profession with its ignominious decision. Let us pray that the D.C. Court of Appeals comes to the commonsense conclusion that Jeff Clark did nothing wrong and deserves exoneration.” Amen. From Mike’s pen to God’s eyes.

We can’t pass the Save America Act. We can’t fund DHS. We can’t impeach corrupt judges. We can’t carry out mass deportations. But we can grant amnesty to 350,000 Haitians and fund a slush fund for predators in Congress. What an absolute fucking joke.

For the second time in less than a month, Thomas Massie (@RepThomasMassie) joined Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) and the House Democrats in voting to strip President Trump of his war powers. The first time, Massie led the effort and we asked him why he was cosponsoring it with Ilhan Omar of all people. Of course, Massie couldn’t provide us with a straight answer. Massie, like Omar’s Squad, hates Trump.

Thomas Massie @RepThomasMassie just joined Ilhan Omar @IlhanMN and the rest of the House Democrats @HouseDemocrats in voting “yes” on a resolution to strip President Trump of his war powers. This is the second time in less than two months that Massie has voted to take away Trump’s war powers. He led the effort the first time. Luckily, both of Massie’s “Get Trump” votes have failed.

There’s no world where Eastman — a good and honorable man — deserves to be disbarred, especially while Kevin Clinesmith is still walking around with his law license.
Heath Mayo@HeathMayo

“Reasonable minds can disagree about the 2020 election.” No, they can’t. If you think the 2020 election was stolen, you are not a reasonable person. If you make that claim in a court of law and advise your client to act on that fraudulent premise, you should be disbarred.

A Few Lessons about Cult Leaders and Malignant Narcissists in this 39 Second Candace Clip. 1. PROJECTION AND HYPOCRISY: "Don't Lecture Us" she says, while lecturing us. 😆 2. FORCED TEAMING: "Do not lecture US" "it's exactly why WE don't like Erika" "WE see it for exactly what it is" "makes US sick" "like WE'RE animals" US, WE, WE, US, WE. All in less than a minute. I've pointed this out before. Like a lot of cult leaders, narcissists and con-men, Candace frequently speaks for THE GROUP (the cult) and rarely speaks only for herself. This creates a sense of belonging for cult members, while she tells them over and over what 'they' believe, and it also lends her the illusion of the unearned 'authority of the many.' You may recognize this kind of WE and US manipulative language because the Woke Left Cult uses it all the time to pretend to speak for the many (they speak as if for women, or gay people, or black people, when they haven't been elected to do so). 3. MORE PROJECTION AND HYPOCRISY, PLUS SOME ROLE PLAYING AS A COMMONER: "It's elite. She has money and connections." "You guys, looking down on the crowd like we're animals." Candace IS elite. Candace DOES have money and connections. She is not "down in the crowd" with WE and US. LOL. She entered into a politically arranged marriage with a multi-millionaire from the House of Lords. He got a beard and connections to TPUSA (at the time) and she got money, power, connections, prestige. Even putting his immense wealth aside, Candace has been making millions a month on her 7-month Piss-On-Charlie's-Grave-And-Gangstalk-Charlie's-Widow series. 4. BITTER JEALOUSY AND PROJECTION: "She can get Trump to say how much Charlie loved her in his Easter speech." First, as has now become routine, Candace mocks Charlie's marriage and seeks to belittle, demean and defame it, out of bitter jealousy. She uses the demonic sing-song mockery voice, which those of you who have had unfortunate experiences with Cluster B psychos will recognize. Why is she jealous of Charlie and Erika's marriage? Why is she jealous that Charlie loved Erika? Because she doesn't have a marriage like that. She has never, and likely will never, know real love. She agreed to a politically arranged marriage to a gay man, only days after meeting him, for the MONEY and CONNECTIONS it afforded her (see point number 3 above), and possibly because she was reeling from Charlie having recently met and clearly fallen for Erika. Candace settled for a sham marriage, but she resents the real marriage she doesn't have. The Projection here is twofold: One, she projects her own sham marriage onto Erika - she mocks the idea that Charlie loved Erika - because she knows Charlie did not love HER. And certainly, not even her own husband loves her. Two, she projects onto Erika (without any evidence, naturally) that Erika has somehow "made" people say nice things about her. *Because that is the only way people say nice things about Candace: when Candace "makes" them.* Through an exchange of influence, back-scratching, threats, bargaining, power, favors, attention, etc. Candace either can't fathom or can't stand that the reason people say nice things about Erika is because those nice things are true. Erika appears to be a genuine and sincere person, like her husband Charlie. The exact opposite of Candace. Trump didn't say "how much Charlie loved" Erika because he was "made" to do so. How utterly absurd! LOL. He said it because it's true. And that eats Candace up inside. ---- One final thought, about Ant's point, below: Candace has always hated Erika. Candace hated Charlie after he saw what she was, and distanced himself from her, 7-8 years ago (narcissistic injury). Both are apparent for anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear.
Aɴᴛ@AntSpeaks

If Candace is now openly admitting she hates Erika Kirk after initially pretending she was on her side, then it’s safe to say several prominent figures who said they heard Candace privately say she hates Charlie are telling the truth.

This is how a nation loses control of its immigration system: not all at once, but through endless “temporary” exceptions. Haitians got 18-months of TPS for a 2010 Earthquake. Now some want it to be a conveyor belt to de facto amnesty. I will fight to stop this in the Senate.

BREAKING: The resolution BLOCKING Trump from deporting 350,000 Haitians has passed the House. SEVEN Republicans voted for it along with 212 Democrats. It now goes to the Senate for a vote.

Another indication of two-tiered bar discipline.
Kevin Moncla@KevinMoncla

This is my bar complaint of the Georgia Secretary of State's General Counsel, Charlene McGowan, who perjured herself in the bar trials of 3 attorneys. I did not file this complaint without serious thought- and I felt I had to. Ms. McGowan made attestations of fact and law in legal filings on behalf of the Secretary of State (the sole signatory)- and then gave testimony under oath in a D.C. bar trial, stating the opposite. I believe that's called a felony (@JudgeJeanine both under D.C. and federal statute). But @DrJohnEastman gets disbarred -and Charlene McGowan is being considered for appointment to the bench? @FBIAtlanta, @dojphofficial @CivilRights @HarmeetKDhillon @EagleEdMartin @sendavidperdue - I say this with a complete understanding of the potential resulting liabilities- and make the same with complete conviction- Charlene McGowan has gone to great lengths- unlawful and criminal - to conceal and obstruct proper investigation of the 2020 General and resulting Senate runoff elections. Concealment and false exculpatory statements are used to establish consciousness of guilt. The resulting injuries and harm to individuals - like to @DrJohnEastman, is far reaching. scribd.com/document/88602…

Wow. Ciaramella used the old form, the one that did not allow hearsay. That means the entire impeachment was void ab initio, meaning it was legally dead on arrival. The fact that Atkinson then secretly changed the form and backdated it makes it all exponentially worse.
Hans Mahncke tweet media
Stephen McIntyre@ClimateAudit

Back in 2019, we knew that Atkinson had changed the form, but we didn't KNOW whether Ciaramella had used the new form or the old form. It turns out that he had used the old form - the form which required first hand knowledge. The copy of Ciaramella form made public excluded the first two instruction pages in which the firsthand requirement was stated. While Atkinson subsequently changed the form, it was the earlier form that was submitted (sans the two instruction pages.) Atkinson's position was that Ciaramella had first hand knowledge of some things. However, the things that he had first hand knowledge of do not appear to have been especially relevant. Atkinson cited Grassley as authority that secondhand information should be permitted for a whistleblower report. But Atkinson glossed over difference between a non-urgent concern and an urgent concern. This doesn't seem to have been focussed on in discussion. The requirement for firsthand knowledge was reasonable enough for an "urgent" concern. Another point that hasn't been discussed much. In the Solomon articles in March-April 2019 which led into these discussions, there was discussion of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election. Trump's contiguous discussion of the CrowdStrike server supports the possibility that Trump was seeking investigation of 2016 election interference - an entirely proper request - as opposed to anticipatory interference in the 2020 election. One of the major misunderstandings of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 is that the interference was initiated by Biden cadres (especially at the Jan 2016 meeting with Ukrainiain prosecutors and Biden cadres while Biden was a leading candidate for nomination) and resulted in the Black Ledger operation that decapitated Paul Manafort as campaign chair in August 2016. The role of Biden cadres in this interference has been clouded by incorrect pointing at Clinton campaign. There was obviously no way that any of Ciaramella, Wilde or Atkinson could have reasonably been sure that the issues raised by Trump weren't related to past 2016 events, as opposed to still distant 2020 events where Biden's nomination was far from guaranteed. The issue of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election surfaced from time to time in the 2019 impeachment hearings, but was ridiculed and shouted down by State Department officials. None of the Republicans or their staff appear to have been well enough informed to focus on the valid issues.

This is the wrong take on Maria Elvira Salazar. I am one of her constituents in District 27 and I am against legal status for illegal aliens. I know many in my district who voted for deporting illegal aliens. Her district is mostly Republican and mostly Cubans who vote Republican and do not support extending TPS or giving amnesty to illegal aliens. By the way, the Haitian community lives in North Miami, which is not part of her district. She supports amnesty for illegal aliens because she is a RINO and that's why she voted for this that's why she is also pushing her amnesty plan Dignidad Act.
Daniel Di Martino 🇺🇸🇻🇪@DanielDiMartino

I don't think you understand. Her constituents voted for her to extend legal status, not take it away.

As a guy who owns a security company, has security myself, and manages the Security for one of the highest profiled people in America, we deal with this all the time. People who are lying about the official story from Erika, know ZERO about security. Some that do know the threat because they face similar threats, are just lying for clicks. I knew right away the threat wasn't related to the venue. People want to catch you when you are not in the presence of the SS. They want to catch you in transit. Which is a real threat.
Andrew Kolvet@AndrewKolvet

This is an absolute garbage headline from CBS, which didn't even bother to reach out to us for comment. 1 - Of course there was no issue with the venue, if there was we would have canceled the entire event. The venue was deemed secure and we trusted the Secret Service to protect the VP and secure the perimeter, but protecting Erika is not the Secret Service's job, that's what our security is responsible for. 2 - The threats were related to Erika's travel, not the venue. There are lunatics following her around constantly. 3 - In the days leading up to the event we had to constantly change her itinerary and locations because threats where made against her specifically and her location was getting doxxed. 4 - The threats were ultimately deemed severe enough that her security said "we cannot guarantee your safety, we recommend you don't move forward with doing the event." When they say that to a woman whose husband has just been assassinated, you listen.

This is not just the correct response but politically smart. Love him or despise him, Trump, in his instinctual way, has a habit of exposing hypocrisy and trite religious sloganeering for what it is. In the face of the kind of brutality the IRCG represents, rhetoric about unity and peace is obviously empty.

Pope Leo grew up in Chicago. I grew up in Lebanon. I wasn't forced to leave Lebanon because there was peaceful coexistence. I was forced to leave Lebanon because Islamic terrorists blew up my home and killed many of the people I grew up with. I wish the Pope would talk to the persecuted Lebanese before making ignorant statements about countries he knows very little about.
