@LNER big shout out to this guy (Chris) on the 1st class carriage on the 9.30 train from Edinburgh to London 13/06. The friendliest and most welcoming member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble for our party of 6. Thank you so much. Great customer service.

@ScotRail massive thanks to conductor Chris Foster on 9.20pm train from Glasgow to Stirling on 15/06. We witnessed an incident and Chris dealt with it so professionally. Absolute credit to your company. Well trained staff like this ensure our trains are safe places.

@InPostUK great idea for parcel service with lockers but the computers are not fit for purpose. Ones in my area constantly freezes and the touch screen rarely works efficiently - and they are new. Shame.

Hey @Ticketmaster - YOUR APP SUCKS. Why am I constantly flagged as a bot, which prevents me from even LOOKING at available tickets, much less buying them. But you let scalpers run wild making a fortune - what a shitty company.

@TicketmasterCS still can’t get into my account as it thinks I am a bot. Event is on 12th March. What are you doing about this issue? Bought a new router and changed IP. Still won’t even give me a password reset

@TicketmasterCS Your bot detection software isn’t fit for purpose and you should ask the developers for your money back. It’s a shambles.
