Extremely Pathetic Service by DTDC. One package which was supposed to deliver on 11th Oct is still not delivered. RTO was requested on 18th Oct, still waiting.. support portal to raise tickets is useless, and no one bothers to respond..
CAN SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS?

@AmazonHelp That's why I mentioned pathetic service and you can't do anything & are helpless. This type of service, I didn't expect from Amazon but it seems their standard is also going down day-by-day. Thanks for your help, this answer, I already listened many time during my discussion.

@AmazonHelp He also mentioned that its amazon mistake to assign it to me and he can't deliver it today. But, weird thing is he didn't came and updated in the system by sitting at home. He could have deliver it tomorrow but it seems they are mis-using the system.

@AmazonHelp When I contacted the delivery Agent whose details I got in the message in the morning, he told me that he is on leave today. No one came to deliver the item and they updated the status in the system that exchange failed and item return to seller by sitting in their office.
