@lucybaker88 @currys I've had a similar appalling experience. Managed to make a complaint in the end and was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours. One week later and I've had no contact. Awful @currys

@currys appalling service from Currys this morning, damaged order arrived and now they are asking me to wait 24 hours before I’m able to deal with this, “customer service” rep Ntwenhle highly rude….. I suggest contact from someone or I will take this further
