@Paytm Hi Team, My sister has booked a flight on 6th April from your app for 11th April, which is the JRG to HYD Route. But due to some issue from the airline's side, the flight has been canceled, and the refund is also processed by their side.
But still now she has not received her refund, So she called and checked with the airline. They told her that they had already process refund from their side. If it is not yet received, please check with the travel partner for further queries.

@RailwaySeva i have booked a ticket from rourkela to smvt on 12th sep 2025 PNR NO.6932261287 and immediately canceled the ticket and they told that the amount will refund to my account with in 72hrs.
So i went to the branch and check.they told me that there is no refund form the Indian railway side to your account.
So please check this matter and resolved it ASAP.
But still now i have not received the refund so i called to the customer care they told it was already refund to your account on 14th sep 2025 and gave me one refund id and informed me to check with bank for the same.

In the computerised reservation system of Indian Railways, there is a provision for allotting lower berth automatically to senior citizens and female passengers above the age of 45 years./pregnant women. It is, however, subject to availability of such lower berths at the time of booking.
In the trains also, ticket checking staff is authorised to allot lower berths falling vacant to such senior citizens who have been allotted middle/upper berth due to non-availability of lower berths at the time of booking.
It is also informed that at the time of booking reserved tickets through internet, there is a provision to opt for booking only if lower berth is available. In such case ticket shall be booked only if lower berth is available.

But when i receive the confirmed ticket it's allotted 2 upper birth and 2 side upper birth But as per the recent rule by indian railway there must be a lower birth for senior citizens. so its a request to you please check and do the needful. So that we travel hassle free.

When i called in the evening to confirm on the same they told we can't help you we will escalate on the employee who has given the wrong information its need minimum 3-5 working days, so if we unable to deduct from old bank which one already closed then your loan will be bounce.
