@airtelindia I did a recharge of 365 days validity on my number 8881610555. Suddenly, the network disappeared and on enquiry from customer care, I am being told that the number has been ported to some other service provider. Please look into it and respond at the earliest.

I got my car insurance done through policy bazaar just now and guess what ! they sent me someone else's policy on whats app , even download link on site opens up someone else's policy! and customer service is clueless offered a call back which is still awaited. #policybazaar

@policybazaar it has been a traumatic experience booking a health insurance policy from your platform. I ported my policy to @Niva_Bupa. it has been almost a month & policy is yet not issued. No resolution is offered, leaving me uncovered in this pandemic. PATHETIC! @irdaindia

@Niva_Bupa is continuously sending me mails and messages that my query has been resolved w/o issuing the policy. @PBHelpDesk @policybazaar is silent. I am in grace period which is about to expire and I am exposed in this pandemic without a policy having paid full premium.
