An Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on-site investigation confirms a systemic failure, one that involves every entity that put freight in motion. Carriers don’t operate in a vacuum. Shippers and brokers choose who moves their loads. They profit from speed, volume, and cheap capacity, and too often look the other way on safety. When an unfit, unvetted driver is put behind the wheel: 🚛 The carrier failed. 📦 The broker who selected them failed. 🏭 The shipper who trusted the process failed. Four innocent men are dead because corners were cut. Compliance was treated as optional. And accountability was outsourced. The Amish community of Bryant, Indiana deserves more than thoughts and prayers. They deserve full accountability up the entire supply chain. Safety rules exist for a reason.
