@NewsLambert If you are in FL check out MapWise.com - we provide searchable property appraiser data including recent sales for the entire state of Florida. Recent sales by year map layers and lots of other info used by commercial brokers, realtors, commercial appraisers, etc.

Instead of emailing me NEW LISTINGS in my area, I'd rather get an email of FINAL SALES PRICES of nearby homes. Does a company do that?

@NewsLambert However - what you are looking for is provided by Property Appraisers / Assessors in each county. They collect sales data for appraising properties - all sales not just residential. Most of the time they have searchable sales data and maps with recent sales.

@NewsLambert All those touting MLS sold reports - those closed sales are only available if the property was listed in that MLS. In addition, major roadblocks to free access to that info - Realtors are the gatekeepers. Realtor.com seems to come closest to seamless access to solds.
