Fundamentally, #bitcoin changes everything because it protects the most important, scarce thing in this world. Your time.

STRC is designed to be at par ($100). It is a product that strips away the volatility (and risk) of Bitcoin for 11.5% dollar yield. It is not dilutive to the product to keep it at par. It is necessary. MSTR issuance is accretive to value of MSTR because of the ratio of credit, Bitcoin and to the common shares. Simply put, all this is accretive to value in both MSTR and STRC, that is the Strategy. To just say they are dilutive is ignorant to what is actually going on (at best).

350-400 hours into OpenClaw over the last 33 days non-stop, no days off...I'm ready to quit. My openclaw is fucking lost in the weeds every day today and it's driving me nuts. Basic shit. I asked it to use GitHub. it has a GitHub skill. We have a GitHub SOP. I can see it's thinking process about using skills, then narrating how the skill doesn't exist, then going and inventing ways to retrieve the capability to use GitHub from the internet. I tell it to look in the openclaw docs for the proper skill path, it says "oops my bad, yeah it was there after all." This is ChatGPT 5.4 with extra high thinking turned on. I ask it to diagnose the problem only, so it goes and sees the system prompt is telling it to look at the wrong place, and it goes to GitHub and opens a GitHub issue about this 'bug' without even asking me. What the actual fuck. 3 hours on a Sunday of trying to rewire the brain of my openclaw to do default-behaviour. This thing such a productivity suck & mental poison. I can't do anything useful or positive with OpenClaw because I'm nonstop fighting fires in the engine room. I'm thinking about giving up.

The trojan horse is sitting in tradfi and eating it slowly right now. But what is coming will be a gradually then suddenly reality. Bitcoin backed preferred credit instruments are the new risk free rate and everything is going to want a piece. Strips out the bitcoin volatility, the risk, and gives you a yield that tradfi can't compete with. The rules are being rewritten by the separation of money and state and the free market is coming for the centralized control structure. Nothing can stop it, can't put the genie back in the bottle at this point. Tick tock, next block. @Strategy

@dampedspring @andiarcher There is no ponzi when it is all backed by bitcoin and all participants win. So, which are you claiming, they lose or don't have the bitcoin or bitcoin fails? Otherwise all participants win.

@andiarcher The MNAV premium is a ponzi. The funding of dividends with issuance is a ponzi. The base levered etf is perfectly fine. All of the false marketing is to achieve an MNAV premium Ponzi adjacent behavior full stop. The opposite of lazy

@dampedspring @andiarcher Why does a company advertise their product? Seriously? This is some of the worst takes I have seen yet about Strategy and that is saying something.

Openclaw is one big grift. Nobody is building anything real. It's just grifting influencers telling YOU how to build stuff (but never build anything themselves). Interesting how you can be building 24/7 but have nothing to show for it... Check the track record of these snake oil salesmen. Same type of person who polluted crypto with their grifty ways. Selling a false dream and taking money from innocent people is disgusting. You can't change my mind.

For most it is an escape. I was there, it is not healthy that way. When you realize it is to enhance in very rare occasions then you have actually unlocked the value of alcohol. It is those 4 or 5 days a year with the right people at the right time in the right amounts. Most of society has it completely backwards.

@TheGuySwann @heynavtoor If it were an actual problem you purchase a counter device that introduces noise to the system making it useless. Also, the market would start to develop and provide provable no-monitoring wifi routers and access points.

Interesting to see Strike's BTC-backed credit lines. But how does custodial lending end up at 13% APR when P2P markets (like Lendasat) have 9-12% APR?
Lendasat tweet media
Jack Mallers@jackmallers

The @Strike BLOC is simple: ✅ Unlock cash without selling your BTC ✅ Do not trigger a taxable event ✅ Open in seconds. No credit checks ✅ Transparent pricing: 13% APR ✅ Interest accrues only on what you use ✅ Pay bills, withdraw cash, pay friends, or buy bitcoin ✅ Manage your BLOC with your paycheck, cash, or BTC Today, it is only available to users in Massachusetts and Georgia. We made a strategic decision to limit the rollout for more testing first. We will expand to the entire US market (including NY) shortly, and then globally.
