WHO REMEMBERS HAL RUZAL from @BicycleHabitat? We did a series of @Streetfilms /bikeTV shorts "Hal Grades Your Bike Locking!" that were "Tik Tok popular" 25 years ago. Some clips did millions of plays! Well I just stumbled upon this funny promo we did that only screened ONCE! If you were a fan, take a look. Hal is a character. People would ask him to grade their bike locking often on the street. He told me a week didn't go by that someone didn't stop him on the street and ask about how to lock their bike up better!

Earlier this week we taught our "Introduction to Weather Interpretation" class in NYC at @nycemergencymgt to an eager audience of 22 graduates. We thank NYC EM for being excellent hosts, and also @NWSNewYorkNY for helping teach part of the class!

Rain begins developing this afternoon from south to north and continues through the evening. The rain is expected to persist through midnight before tapering off into early Sunday morning. The weather improves on Sunday with partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions in the PM.
