My wife’s MX5 Arctic will be off the road on Friday with no MOT due to cracked windscreen. TWO @autoglass vans arrived two weeks ago without trim and went away. A/G won’t respond too calls/emails @Mazda_UK dealer said trims on back order We need the car and don’t know what to do.

Hi @BT_UK My 96 year old father has Alzheimer's and lives alone. He has forgotten to pay his phone bill and you have blocked outgoing calls which makes him very vulnerable. I don't have the bill so I've paid some money on account. How long will it be before he is un-blocked?

I have written to @OliverDowden (@DCMS & @DCMSArts) to ask about the rationale for the restrictions placed on non-professional singing - the guidance states that only 6 singers can meet in an indoor space. We should see the evidence that has led to these tight strictures.
