I'm 19 years old. At 16 I sold my unblocked gaming website for $100k. At 18 I sold Cal AI while at $40M ARR. Now, my co just hit $300K MRR a month after launch. The most important lesson I've learned to be successful in consumer is to dumb everything down. 1) Demonstrate the value of your product in 3 seconds or less in any advertising material. 2) Write messaging as if you are talking to a 3rd grader. 3) Make buttons so obvious that you can't get lost. The is the key concept that makes apps viral and also high converting.

You only need 2–3 days to warm up before starting to post. If your IP has already been blacklisted by TikTok, then even if you warm up for 30 days, you’ll still get shadowbanned anyway. Even without using a VPN, there are many cases where posting from your own account still results in low views. Good luck guys 🫡

After 3 days of warm-up, everything is perfect. Both phones have passed the shadow-banned. The first post is at 3.8K views and still growing. Neither phone is shadow banned both have already cracked over 1K views and are continuing to increase. 😌 I think if you’re stuck at a few hundred views and assume you’re shadow-banned, 90% of the time it’s actually your content. A real shadow ban is when your account gets 0 views or stays under 100 views.

I’ve finished setting up both phones to target US users, and neither setup had any issues. I think if people are getting banned by TikTok, it might just be a “skill issue”, just kidding 😄 it’s probably because something went wrong during the setup process.

Noted: I’ve switched to iPhone X models and newer because the iPhone 8 Plus no longer supports newer iOS updates. I think it’ll be phased out soon.

I'm not a technical person I think in systems And that's a problem… because execution is my bottleneck But now, if you're a systems thinker, you can create entire automated systems with Claude Skills No execution needed I imagine in the near future we're going to see professionals of other industries (legal, accounting, etc) create processes that are commercially sellable You leverage your existing knowledge. Instantly turn it into software. And profit. It's a good time to be alive
