@SoundTransit we’ve been stopped on the northbound light rail at Westlake for 20 minutes now. No information has been provided other than “there’s a delay”. Can we please get an update? I have an appointment and could have taken an uber or Lyft at this point with better info.
@Delta how come I can’t request a dairy-free meal on flight? I’m sitting in first class with my husband and meals are available…but I can’t put in my special request for my flight on Tuesday. Better yet, how can I find out the allergen info for the available meals?
@redrobinburgers That website is infuriating to use (error message saying my screenshot wasn’t a valid file type but there’s no way for me to delete the screenshot from my form) and I’m not calling an 800 number…this has been a terrible experience over the last hour. I’ve ordered pizza instead.

@nwmls Scheduled Maintenance should be done in the middle of the night, NOT during business hours (you know our end of day is 9pm). This is COMPLETELY unacceptable! I’m trying to write up an offer and can’t. This is so unprofessional.

@XfinitySupport brand new router twice over in the last month and it sucks regardless of your tests (it shows good speed every time I test but as soon as I go to any app it buffers…when I turn it off, cell works better). Disappointed!
@amazon 5 out of 6 items on our “Subscribe and Save” are delayed and were refunded without any explanation. We didn’t request it, the items show to be in-stock, the shipping address has been used dozens of times. We just want our items. Help please?!
