The real test starts now. the chain is busy but stock tokens are still small and honestly the tvl headline is not the point the point is what robinhood is trying to become it doesnt look like a pure commission brokerage anymore app earn wallet and its own l2 are one package. official pitch is tokenized stocks rwa onchain finance. vlad said built for rwa works great for memes too so two doors opened at once. one is speculation the other is defi behind a normal finance app. the field picked the first door. not surprising. attention and flow still cold start a new chain faster than anything else but selling stock tokens as stocks are onchain is a bit much. legally its narrower economic exposure tokens not real equity ownership. you get 24/7 trading collateral lending upside plus geography limits and issuer structure. so robinhoods future is not the slogan we put wall street onchain. its whether that wrapped product feels simple enough that people come back earn looks like simple yield too. its really habit training. buy a dollar stable go self custody lend onchain. that might be the real move because robinhoods edge is not winning an l2 tech race its millions of funded accounts and a familiar interface. if it can pull a brokerage crowd onto its own rails non crypto native money shows up. if it cant you keep a fast heated speculation layer the latest 24h fee split makes it obvious chain fees far above app revenue. cash is printing more from onchain flow than from the app. good because the chain is actually working bad because that revenue can thin when speculation cools. the future is whether app and chain revenue become one story or stay two separate ones im pretty clear the base case is a living hybrid chain speculation on one side thin rwa on the other. good case wallet app friction falls earn sticks stock tokens get real use and fees move past memes. bad case memes rotate users and fees leave together rwa stays thin ghost town brand risk shows up. so the question is not did it explode. did it convert. watch rwa share earn holding non meme fees app chain integration. memes opened the door. the exam is who stays and who keeps the fees
